"It’s an absolute honour to serve on the board of CAP International. In a world where women’s and girls’ rights are increasingly threatened—and where new forms of prostitution are on the rise and becoming normalised—I’m committed to scaling what sets CAP International apart: a grassroots, survivor-led movement, rigorous, evidence-driven analysis, and a united global voice. We will continue to elevate survivor leadership, deepen member collaboration, and accelerate our global efforts to end prostitution in all its forms."

“All women and girls should have the right to live in a world free from prostitution and of any kind of male domination and violence. This is what CAP International is about. I am both proud and honoured to be part of this great coalition, to work together with all its members to achieve this progressive, feminist goal, and to fight for equality. CAP is a wonderful human adventure!”
“This is personal to me as it is to so many other survivors."
Cherie Jimenez, EVA Center, USA
Secretary

"I look forward to continue to serve on the board of CAP International. These are challenging times as the politics of inequality along with a market culture of cruelty and violence is pushing to normalize all aspects of prostitution. We need organizations such as CAP, with its members, as well as the voices of those most impacted to fight against the forces of such injustice. This is personal to me as it is to so many other survivors. It is my hope that I can work along with CAP’s board, secretariat and members to strengthen a movement that is needed to put an end to the systems of prostitution everywhere. "
