CAP International, its members and partners call upon members of the European Parliament’s Women’s Rights (FEMM) Committee to adopt the Honeyball report and resolution. The historic “Honeyball Resolution” was adopted by the European Parliament on 26 February 2014. It encourages Member States to decriminalise prostituted persons and to criminalise sex buyers.
