In October 2013, nine frontline NGOs from Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Ireland and Spain launched the Coalition for the Abolition of Prostitution. CAP international is founded on the margins of a public event co-organised with the European Women’s Lobby at the Swedish permanent representation to the EU in Brussels. Founding members elect their first International Board.
